Good Morning All:
With 8 weeks to go, we have received pledges totaling $2595 or 37% of goal.
We have received actual contributions of 1295 or 19% of goal.
I have deposited $1055 and have a $100 check on hand.
I have spent $885 and have a $70 cash balance (plus the $100 check).
We have quite a ways to go to reach our $7000 goal. I will begin to look at
ways to scale back in case the need arises.

have some decisions that have to be made soon regarding the scale of the
event. No matter the size, rest assured that it will be the classy event
that it has always been. In this economy, however, I can't take on the
thousands of dollars of exposure that I usually take on with the hope of
recouping the investment.
